Each of these words have been hot trigger points for companies across the A/E industry and beyond, with today’s workforce evolving at a faster pace than ever before. As 20, 30, and even 40-somethings continue seeking more personal fulfillment out of their professional lives, it’s the job of any good business to ensure their most valuable resources – their people – stay engaged and empowered in their own careers.

To get an honest pulse on employee satisfaction, ISG recently sent out The Zweig Group Best Places to Work For survey to its then 200+ professionals. Let’s be honest – we’ve all ignored survey alerts on our emails before, which is why it’s no surprise that on average only 40% of employees from firms of similar size to ISG actually take the time to contribute. So was not the case at ISG, with over 60% of the firm’s employees responding to The Zweig Group Best Places to Work For  survey – and in positive fashion. Question ranged from workplace practices and employee benefits to employee retention rates, each of which reflected positively on the firm. Nevertheless, what stood out most from ISG responses were the scores related to firm culture. On a scale of 1 to 10, ratings in these categories averaged between an impressive 8 and 9. For a firm that prides itself on being a business built on relationships, we couldn’t be happier to see that our employees agree, too. High fives and fist bumps to that!
