Whose office at ISG has the best views? We think it is safe to say Corporate Pilot, Michael Drager, earns the win on this one. From working on the family farm to flying the skies, read more about what sparked Michael’s passion for connecting people and places through flight.
The most rewarding part of my job at ISG is getting to see first-hand how business aviation allows us as a company to grow in so many ways. The airplane brings our offices closer together and makes human interaction and collaboration much easier.
My favorite part of working for ISG is interacting with a wide range of our employee owners from all offices when they fly on our plane.
I love the ESOP culture at ISG. Everyone is driven to do the best at their job and challenge those around them, which makes it such a great place to work.
I fell in love with flying at a young age by going on vacations with my family. After my first flight lesson in college, I was hooked and have never looked back.
My favorite part of being in aviation is the travel and the spontaneity of the job. Every flight has a new set of challenges and every day is different. You never know where the next flight will take you.
I chose to become a pilot because I never really liked the idea of sitting behind a desk every day at work. I figured that becoming a pilot would be a good way to see the world and it is so true. The "office" also has some amazing views.
I enjoy spending my free time with my friends and family at the lake in northern Minnesota. I enjoy working on the family farm with my father, uncles, and cousins. You can also find me smoking meats and trying new recipes on my grill.
My favorite vacation spot is anywhere in the mountains. I would say my dream vacation would be to travel to Europe.
My first career interest as a kid was agriculture, since I grew up with farming in my family. But, after the first time riding on an airplane for a family vacation, I knew a pilot was ultimately what I wanted to be.
