Tom, a Food and Industrial Business Unit operations and facilities strategist, brings over 30 years of manufacturing and processing experience to the table. He has a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, knows how to counteract facility challenges in the manufacturing process, and has a knack for collaborative project management and client service.

Tom's inclusive process extends from supporting client’s employee welfare spaces and quality assurance needs to final product packaging and distribution. His approach toward solving problems by understanding core client needs—as well as his penchant for occasionally treating fellow employee-owners with cheese and food samples from clients—have positioned Tom as a critical member of the ISG team.
