Recognizing the important roles transportation and land use play in everyday lives of our world, Will is passionate about improving communities by providing enhanced transportation alternatives for today’s diverse system users. His professional efforts are driven by the opportunity to lead civil planning and transportation projects that focus on bringing safe, accessible, and positive change through thoughtful and responsible infrastructure design. An active volunteer and leader in his home community of La Crosse, Will translates his professional skills into design and campaign organizing for various community enhancement groups, such as Downtown Mainstreet, Inc. and the La Crosse Neighborhood Development Corporation. His recognition from Downtown Mainstreet, Inc. as Volunteer of the Year and as a Rising Star Under 40 by the La Crosse Tribune have highlighted his influence as both a public servant and success as a young professional.

Pavement and resurfacing projects often involve a lot of moving parts. To ensure that there are minimal disruptions to daily life, ISG’s project teams focus on coordination and communication in the towns in cities in which they work. For the resurfacing of streets in West Des Moines, Iowa, ISG’s project team did just that, and in doing so, earned statewide recognition.
